How does the Employee Logo Store work?

The logo store manages online orders, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping of Hawai‘i Gas logo items, which are stored and shipped from a warehouse in Honolulu.

How does Order & Inventory work?

Marketing manages product selection and inventory. Items are stored and tracked by our Goodmerch fulfillment partner and restocked as needed after items are purchased. The shop is hosted on Shopify and accessed via a direct link on the Hub.

How does Fulfillment & Shipping work?
  • When orders come in through the direct link, Goodmerch, our local fulfillment partner, will process and package the order for shipping. Orders will be sent out monthly.

  • Shipping costs are paid by the purchaser at checkout.

  • Payment - All orders are paid by credit card through Shopify at the time of purchase.

  • Returns - Returns are managed by our fulfillment partner and must be returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new & unused condition.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received. Please note that exchanges are not available and a small restocking fee applies.

  • Personal orders may ship to home or external addresses only.

  • Bulk or team orders made for an approved business purpose may be shipped to Hawai‘i Gas offices with authorization from Marketing. To ensure adequate lead time for ordering, fulfillment, and delivery, please coordinate with Marketing a minimum of five weeks prior to the intended delivery date.

    Please note that all applications of the Hawai‘i Gas logo—whether on apparel, promotional items, or any other materials—require Marketing approval before production or purchase. This ensures proper brand consistency and compliance with current brand standards.
Why can’t I have my order shipped to a Hawai’i Gas office location?
  • To help prevent packages from being lost, misplaced, or mistakenly opened, personal logo store orders are not shipped to company offices. Our office locations are not set up to receive or manage individual employee shipments, and we’re unable to track or store personal packages.

  • If you are authorized to place a large team or department order, please coordinate with Marketing in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements. For personal purchases, please select a home or alternate delivery address for personal purchases.
Is there a minimum order?
